Our effort is to ship the best possible products and ensure that it meets all parameters specified against it. However sometimes, you might need to return a product for some reason.
Our return/refund policy may vary from one seller shop to another. Refund policy has been specified against each item as also on the shop/store page in bottom section. There are some items that are non-returnable & the same has been clearly mentioned in their item description/details. Accordingly, the no. of days allowed for the return of an item has also been specified against each category.
No return will be allowed in case the customer delays the return request beyond the specified days. You may request for a product detail by writing to us on [email protected] or from order history > order details page.
Once your product is picked up, refund amount will be credited according to the mode of payment used by you. For eg. Refund for payments made by Credit card will be credited to your Card account. Shipping costs are non-refundable, if specified in the policy.
